Belbin Team Report (3 - 15 People)
Meredith Belbin's work at Henley Management College identified nine clusters of behavior, termed Team Roles. Each Team Role has its particular strengths and allowable weaknesses, and each has an important contribution to make to a team. Creating a successful team can be achieved by balancing the strengths and allowable weaknesses of all members of the team. Belbin Team Roles Reports improve overall understanding among team members. This report requires a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 15 people. We recommend a team size of between 4 and 6 people. The report gives information on the Team Role distribution within the team, including any gaps or overlaps.
